Return Policy

When will my order be delivered?

The delivery time depends on the delivery method & the country. It usually delivers within 5-7 working days after the placement. For some specific items details are listed in the item page. All the packages will be delivered from Monday to Saturday. We don’t deliver on Sunday and on public holidays.

Return Policy

We would like you to give the best experience while shopping with us. Be at the complete peace while buying products from GoBittoo & Namaah. You can return all the items within 7 days of receipt and a credit note will be given. This excludes tops under GoBittoo, items purchased on sale or using a promotional discount code. The refund amount will be credited to your account as a voucher or points.

 

With 1 year of warranty in case of defect in the electronic items, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you will get the new product after the item has been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly if the product is self-shipped, and has not been dispatch from costumer after two weeks, request will be cancelled.
Some additional guidelines:

  • Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  • Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Once your return is received by us, the action is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
  • You can inform us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at sales@gobittoo.com. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
  • Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

 

What can I return?

You can return any products ordered from GoBittoo within 7 days of delivery. This excludes tops under GoBittoo, items purchased on sale or using a promotional discount code. In case of items with manufacturing defects under Namaah, you can return products within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange the product after we have received it in our warehouse. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.

 

How do I return products to GoBittoo?

It’s a simple 2 step process:

  1. Call up our customer support at 9990678884 to place your return request. Inform us if we have to arrange a pick up or you will self-ship it to our address.
  2. In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on sales@gobittoo.com.

 

Where do I send my return?

Please make sure that the following address is clearly written on your returns parcel with the GoBittoo order # in cases of both pickup and self-shipping, please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
